Store Policies
Super Knife Sales inventory changes daily. If we are back ordered on a certain item, we will hold your order until the item is in stock and not charge you until the item is shipped (we will cancel the order at any time before items have shipped at the buyers request). For orders that consist of more than one item and not all items are available, Super knife sales will send the items that are in stock and the remaining items will need to be reordered by the customer. The customer will only be charged for shipping once on the original order. We ship all of our products regular USPS and on most orders we include a return receipt (for the customers safety).
