Super Knife Sales customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers a great product, at a low price, with the best service! If you are unsatisfied with your knife, just send it back with a check of $4.95(for shipping) and we will send you a new one or issue a credit towards any other knife of your choosing (must have bought the knife from Super Knife Sales and it must be in original condition).
